The Tamiya hobby toy motors attached to the shoes gives each shoe a personality of its own. Withdrawing my own personal attachment to them and having them perform a community personality, they become non-existence and soulless. The empty feeling shoes create an eerie connection of technology and baby.

After this installation, I went back and drilled holes into the bottoms of the shoes and attached lithography crayons into each hole. Then, I put them on the floor and let them dance on their own. I created a series of prints from this installation.
