Bio

The world is a fast growing micro-controlled circuit board. The artifacts of technology, through the mid-1970s until now are what propel my artwork. I embrace the video game era of Atari, my bright yellow Big Wheel, and the Color Classic Macintosh. You could define my time and my artwork as the age of computers, the age of virtual reality, and the boom of electronics.
Since the dawn of the microchip, technology has become compact and convenient, especially, with the use of the computer. The Internet has exploded with a plethora of information at your fingertips. A large percentage of the population has made computers a ritual of emails, bloggings, and instant messages.
The ritual of the computer and the video game culture are soldered into my life. It is encapsulated in a microchip and a gigabyte. The sounds of video games from my childhood are still exciting and friendly to my ears. The emails and photos stored in the bellows of this computer have an emotional tie to me. All of these things make up the marriage of art and technology in my life.
